We will be having a MANDATORY meeting to outline
1. Track Reservations (rules, regs, limitations for reserving the tracks).
2. Track prep and cleanup associated with rental (startup/shutdown & maint during use of tracks)
3. Reservations requirements, limitations and payment requirements
Meeting at Idaho Pizza on Eagle May 8th 6-8 PM. If you cannot make it, please designate an alternate to stand in for you. This is a mandatory meeting if you plan to reserve the track.
